On April 4th, 2020, Holden Beach will host a free, family-oriented 5K race. Walk or run, all are welcome to participate. Wear a white shirt, or purchase a white event T-shirt, and enjoy the color burst. Be here by 8 am, the race will begin at 9 am!
Everyone must register on-site, so no pre-registration link will be provided. Free for all ages, open to the public!
The bridge will not be affected by the race, but residents should expect to encounter race participants from Town Hall to High Point on both Ocean Boulevard and Brunswick Avenue. Traffic patterns will be slowed in these areas.
The run will benefit Brunswick County Schools. The school with the highest number of students to number of students in school ratio wins prize money for their school.
