When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks.
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout.
Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed and uplifted.
Participants will need to provide their own mat and hand weights that they can comfortably lift over their head. Bodyweight only modifications will also be available.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and multiple variations will be provided for each movement. Class will meet Friday mornings from 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. at the Holden Beach Pavilion, weather permitting. Beginning September 15th, classes will start at 9:00 a.m.
